Steel structure workshops are favored in the construction field, mainly because they have advantages over traditional buildings in terms of materials, construction and enclosures. But it also requires more effort in the design phase. On the basis of making a big plan, the small details cannot be ignored. For example: 1. Anti-seepage: This is the basic requirement for the building. To achieve the anti-seepage effect, it is necessary to use a concealed fixation after using a sealing washer at the screw port, and use a sealant or welding treatment at the overlap of the color steel plate. If possible, use the whole body board to minimize the overlap, and do strict waterproof treatment on various nodes. And it should be highlighted in the steel structure design drawings. 2. Wind pressure resistance: The wind resistance performance of the steel structure workshop is related to the fastening force and density of the fixed seat. The designer must ensure that the metal roof panel will not be pulled off by negative wind pressure. 3. Sound insulation: Sound insulation may be one of the concerns of many people about steel structure buildings, but filling the wall layer with sound insulation materials (usually thermal insulation cotton) can solve this problem. Of course, the sound insulation effect is related to the density and thickness of the sound insulation material, which can be selected as needed. 4. Ventilation: To ensure the exchange of indoor and outdoor air, it is necessary to set up vents on the roof. 5. Moisture-proof: Water vapor is usually condensed on the bottom and inner layers of the roof, so it is necessary to drain the water vapor in the roof. The solution is to fill the wall layer with thermal insulation cotton; lay a waterproof membrane on the floor, and design ventilation nodes on the panel. 6. Load-bearing: At the beginning of the design of the steel structure workshop, the construction load, rainwater, snow pressure and maintenance load should be considered. Therefore, the load-bearing capacity of the panel, the plate section, the strength and thickness of the material, the force transmission method, and the purlin spacing must be considered. 7. Lightning protection: No matter how high the building is, it is also necessary to consider preventing lightning from entering the room through the metal roof, especially the metal-based steel structure building. 8. Thermal insulation: The thermal insulation performance of the steel structure workshop is closely related to the raw material, density and thickness of the thermal insulation cotton, and at the same time, the phenomenon of 'cold bridge' should be prevented. 9. Lighting: In the design, it is necessary to consider arranging lighting panels or lighting glass in specific positions, and considering the coordination between the service life of the skylight and the metal roof panel, waterproofing should be done at the connection between the skylight and the metal panel.
